,Hello! We hope you and your family are staying healthy and sane during this long quarantine. We have been so happy to see so many people visiting the park during this time. It reminds us of the importance of preserving places like this for everyone to enjoy. Please do keep in mind though that the park is small and while it remains open to visitors, we need to ensure that social distancing and wise practices are being followed. Playgrounds across the country are closed during this outbreak because touching surfaces which have been touched by others is a possible form of transmission. If you bring your kids to the park, please have them refrain from climbing upon things or picking up and moving objects. The same goes with adults sitting on the benches. In normal times we would encourage this type of interaction, but until this pandemic passes, we do not want our park being a point of transmission. As you visit, keep in mind that many others will do the same during the day. So for now, enjoy the trees, gaze up at them, walk around, take pictures and enjoy their presence, and please limit your visits to looking and not touching, for now.
May we all gather soon, in better times!
